Gall Bladder Tonic Juice Recipe
Mix on high for 30 seconds in blender or Vita-mix:
2-3 carrots
1/4 beet
1/8 t. spirulina OR 1 T. fresh wheat grass or barley grass
1 t. royal jelly
3 cups water
Optional: Add 1 drop peppermint or fenugreek essential oil.
Strain if desired. This one is a serious liver and gall bladder regenerator! Because the liver is so connected to eye health, this recipe is also very helpful for restoring vision and healing the eyes.
