About Longevity Liver Flush Tea
There are many liver and gall bladder flushes and cleanses floating around the alternative health world. Some of them are very intense, causing a huge dump of toxic accumulation in a short one to three day time period.
These may be helpful for some people, but can be complicated or harmful for others, if their systems are unable to handle this extreme level of cleansing.
I like this tea, because it is very gentle and stimulates a gradual cleansing. Doing it just a little at a time, keeping things in balance, is an easier and lighter way to accomplish the same thing. It is a great product to begin liver and gall bladder cleansing for those who have never experienced herbal cleansing before.
By the end of a two week period of taking this tea, most people will feel the difference in having a cleaner, more vibrant liver and gall bladder.

Dosage Information for Longevity Liver Flush Tea
Suggested adult dosage is 1 cup daily, in the morning.
Experienced liver cleansers may up the dosage to 1 cup, twice a day, only if you have done liver cleansing before and feel the need to do a more intense cleansing.
It is okay to add a small amount of sweetener—only honey, organic unrefined sugar, stevia, or unrefined maple syrup—if desired.
We suggest taking a course of this tea for two weeks, every spring. It is a marvelous formula for maintaining a healthy liver and gall bladder.
