Blue spruce essential oil is helpful for skin and nails.  It can help acne, dry and scaly skin, and eczema.

Being a respiratory tonic, it eases breathing and coughing, and helps asthma in many cases.  It can expel mucus and open breathing passages, and dissolve congestion.

A fabulous oil for diffusion, it neutralizes environmental toxicity and helps clear molds and bacteria from the air.

Blue spruce essential oil is great for muscle aches & pains, poor circulation, and injuries.  It is anti-spasmodic and can relieve the spasm of coughing, muscle cramping, and other forms of spasm.

This is also a very strong oil for balancing the endocrine glands.  It can be used in a compress over the kidney and adrenal glands, to support adrenal function; or compressed on the thyroid or spine for an emotion balancing treatment.

Cautions

• Avoid using within 24 hours of exposure to sunlight or UV light.  It can be photosensitizing to some people.
