Thyroid 6 Herbal Supplement for HYPO thyroid conditions (under-active thyroid function), is designed to be taken over a period of months to support the thyroid gland and help normalize thyroid production.

Emotional patterns that go along with under-active thyroid condition often involve the voice or communication patterns. The most common that I see are these:

Stuffing your emotions instead of talking about them. (This is the number one causal pattern that I have seen in my own life & with clients).

Feeling like you have no right to speak or communicate (in general, or possibly about a certain subject, or to a certain person).

Self-respect may be lacking in many cases.  How we treat ourselves, and how we “talk” to ourselves inside, are important!

Inability to forgive something or someone. I recommend the book Feelings Buried Alive Never Die by Karol Truman, to help identify emotions and heal the past. This book has a script process that you can do on your own, to help you know you have found real forgiveness, not just “on the surface forgiveness”. 

We suggest using an essential oil blend of Frankincense and Myrrh at a 4% to 8% dilution rate.  Apply this blend daily or nightly, to the thyroid area on throat.  This combination supports healing of the emotional patterns that underlie thyroid imbalance.

Observations and Anecdotal Information

In my decades of herbal healing practice, I have helped some people regain thyroid function and balance.  It is a challenging situation, as we are all different, and not everyone responds to herbal supplementation.  However, I have seen plenty of successes in this area.

Regeneration does require focus and consistency to get long term beneficial results.  If you are currently taking medication for thyroid, it is important to have guidance from a health care professional as you go through the healing process.  Medications must be very gradually weaned from your system while you are taking the supplement, as thyroid function gradually returns.  Find a Naturopathic Physician here.

  • Avoid or limit raw brassicas (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, etc.)
  • Many people find support from adding seaweed, kelp, nori snacks, or other ocean vegetables to increase natural iodine in their systems.  Another option is Nascent Iodine supplement.

Cautions
