Observations and Anecdotal Information
Ruby grapefruit is much like its brothers, white grapefruit and pink grapefruit. It makes a great skin stimulant and cleanser, and helps relieve break outs from acne and toxicity.
It is highly anti-infectious. It can be taken internally by adding a couple drops into your water bottle, and sipping on it all day for a great tonic and regenerator.
I have used it as an additive to compresses for supporting cancer recovery, and in blends for reversing the effects of radiation burns on the skin.
Grapefruit oils have so many benefits that they have become some of my most used (and loved) oils.
