Observations and Anecdotal Information
Black spruce bark essential oil is one of my favorite oils for application to the spine. It can relax the spinal muscles to allow easier adjustments, and to support greater nerve impulses through the spine. It has some pain relieving properties, and may help regenerate nerve tissue as well.
Black spruce has an affinity for the thyroid glands, pineal, pituitary, and adrenals. It carries a strong hormone balancing property which is helpful for men and women.
A fabulous oil for diffusion, it neutralizes environmental toxicity and helps clear molds and bacteria from the air. It is relaxing and stimulating at the same time.
