Liver Cleanse TeaWhen an excessive lifestyle, stress overload, overweight condition, or poor dietary habits continue to impact our liver and gall bladder systems over a long period of time, an overloaded and stagnant liver can turn into a chronic weakness. This leaves us vulnerable to infections such as hepatitis, and even can lead to cirrhosis.

Emotionally, we may graduate from rage or eruptive mood swings into a chronic feeling of victimization. These are signals that our liver needs more than a three week cleanse to reach a level of vibrant health again. In this case, it may be helpful to take a regenerative tonic for two or three months, then do Liver Flush Tea for two weeks.

This could be repeated the following spring, and on until we reach a state of normal maintenance.

Combine in Vita-mix or blender, and blend on high speed for 2 minutes:
4 ounces Labrador tea hydrosol (or strong tea)
2 ounces dandelion hydrosol (or strong tea)
10 ounces purified water
1/2 t. sarsaparilla root
1/2 t. burdock root
1 t. nettles
1/8 t. spirulina
1/2 t. peony root
1/2 t. passion flower
1/4 t. bee pollen
1 drop sweet fennel essential oil
8 drops stevia extract

Recommended dosage is 2 teaspoons twice daily for regenerating a weakened liver.

You may take this formula for several months, as it is a balanced formula, which works slowly to restore vitality.
