Put these ingredients in a saucepan or tea kettle.
1 t. marshmallow root
1 t. He shou wu (also called Fo-ti root)
1/4 t. cinnamon powder
1/4 t. turmeric powder
1/4 t. fenugreek powder
1/2 c. raisins
Bring to a simmer, and cook for ten minutes. Strain and enjoy. May be sweetened with agave nectar or honey; and may be served with nut milk, oat milk, or soy milk. Serves 2.
