Simple Steamed Potatoes with Olive Oil

  • Dice 3 large potatoes into 1/2 inch squares.  Place in a steamer and steam for 20 to 30 minutes.  Put potatoes in a bowl, and drizzle liberally with fresh pressed olive oil.  Sprinkle with natural salt, chopped basil, and ground pecan or cashew nuts.
