  • 1/2 carton of firm tofu 3 T. organic wheat free Tamari 1 tsp. hot curry spice blend 1 tsp. agave or maple syrup 3 T. cold-pressed olive oil

  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped 8 spinach leaves, chopped 2 napa cabbage leaves, chopped 1/4 beet, grated 1/2 carrot, grated 1/2 cup tofu bites, below
